- Mr. Paxson maintains
an active trial practice which includes diverse insurance defense matters
– involving both personal and commercial lines of insurance –
with particular experience in transportation and product liability and construction
cases involving complex issues and multiple parties. His successful defense
verdicts include claims of brain trauma and wrongful death.
