We are always interested in hearing from outstanding recent graduates and practicing attorneys who are interested in joining the firm. Each fall, the firm conducts on-campus interviews at the law schools of Texas Tech University and the University of Texas at Austin for candidates for our summer clerkship program. Our clerkship program is conducted over a five-week period during the second half of the summer.

Why We Are Different

Every associate’s experience at our firm is different. Much depends on your interest in a particular area of the law, your willingness to take on responsibility, and your work product. The firm offers you the opportunity to actually practice and develop skills in your area of interest far sooner than at many law firms. For example, if you are interested in litigation, it is likely that in your very first year you will have the opportunity to actually argue motions, participate in many phases of pretrial discovery, and actually try a case as soon as you demonstrate that you are ready.
