Nicklaus Jimenez

   

Nicklaus is a proud native El Pasoan with native proficiency in both English and Spanish. After 16 years in the restaurant industry, serving primarily in a managerial capacity of both corporate and independent concepts, Nick decided to pursue a degree in accounting from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. He then went on to the University of North Texas where he received his master’s in accounting. After working for a short time in accounting, he then chose to pursue law degree and graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and is now licensed in Texas and Illinois

While in law school, Nick interned with an immigration non-profit in El Paso, the El Paso County District Attorney’s Office, and participated in Loyola’s Health Justice Project. In addition, while at Loyola he was the co-founder of the Latinx Lawyer Pipeline Initiative, an organization aimed at increasing minority representation in the practice of law.

Nick brings to bear his years of management experience and hopes to apply his broad knowledge of operational accounting and finance in representing clients in all facets of commercial litigation related to contract negotiation, labor and employment matters and business and asset acquisitions.
